With the arrival of the Findel tram scheduled for the end of 2024, we have been commissioned to plant large trees and hedges on the brand-new H\u00f6henhof boulevard next to the airport. Eventually, this area will become a real mobility hub, with a P+R, a cycle path and a tram line with bus and tram stops.

This is what the area looked like before the redevelopment of the Senningerberg interchange and the construction of the new H\u00f6henhof boulevard.<\/p>\n

\n\tPlanting of 90 tall trees\n\t<\/h3>\n\t

Ginkgo biloba ‘Fastigiata’, Liquidambar styraciflua ‘Worpleson’ and Acer platanoides ‘Columnare’ have been planted to structure the edges of the various lanes.<\/p>\n

These trees, with their distinctive characteristics, are ideal for creating interesting perspectives. They share a slender, columnar habit, ideal for alignments. \n\tInstallation of 340 ml of hedge\n\t<\/h3>\n\t

We planted a Carpinus betulus hedge with 25 Fagus sylvatica ‘Atropunicea’. To maintain this hedge, a 3-wire fence was installed inside it. <\/p>\n
